“ I’m a former New Yorker and my wife is from Chicago. So we’ve always battled about pizza in a friendly way. But I’ve had deep dish many times in Chicago. The deep dish here far exceeds our expectations. It was if not better then we ever had. Abby our server made our night. So pleasant and efficient. I even got a deep dish to go. “ They quickly accommodated our large family group comfortably in a booth. We had both vegan and non-vegan bread sticks, and a really good caesar salad. Then the best part is the dietary accommodations as we had vegan cheese pizza, a vegetarian pizza, as well as meat lovers. All were delicious. Our waiter was friendly and always at our table for anything we needed despite being busy. ”
“ If i could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would. I started coming here back in 2008 when my daughter was a toddler. We moved away for many years and came back to FL a couple years ago. Today I took my kids down to St. Pete for some quality time and Cappy's was all i wanted for dinner. It hasn't lost any of it's charm. Hands down the best pizza, the Greek salad is amazing, the high backed booths, decor, friendliness of the staff...nothing has changed. It didn't need to. With all the options around you guys are still number one! Thank you for another great experience. I can't wait to come back ”

“ Been looking around the area for a deep dish pizza for a while. Just happen to be close to this location while out doing other things. I also noticed on their website that their hours were 5-9pm but temporarily 3:30-9. Found out when we asked that they open at 3:30 for takeout and 5 for dine in. It was about 3:45 so we called and ordered a deep dish. Our first time here. We got there a little early for our order so we chatted up the guy at the counter. We got our order and headed home. Note they don’t cut takeout unless you ask. For the simple reason it is loaded and will spread out everywhere (deep dish that is). Got it home and let me tell you. WOW. You just got to stop by and try yourself. We now have another new go to. ”
